The counter
Everything cut by hand
We buy whole and break it down out the back, so the range moves with the season and nothing is a mystery. If you can't see what you want, ask — it's probably hanging behind the door.
All the favourites
The ready-to-cook end of the counter. Crumbed, marinated, rolled and skewered here in the shop, so a good dinner takes twenty minutes and one pan. Ask what's on the tray — it changes through the week.

Mark & Hayley
Hi, we're Mark and Hayley, and we're thrilled to be the owners of MB Butchery in Warners Bay Village, opening on Saturday 5 September.
We have two children and live locally to Warners Bay, so there's a good chance we've already crossed paths with many of you in the community.
With 35 years of experience, Mark has perfected the art of butchery through dedication, skill and passion. Together, our goal is to bring you a wide range of fresh, quality produce, exceptional service, and a friendly smile every time you visit.
We're excited to be part of this wonderful community and look forward to serving the people of Warners Bay for many years to come.

Broken down here, not delivered in a box. Ask where tonight's scotch came from and you'll get a farm, not a region.
Tell us the dish
Give us the meal, the headcount and the budget and we'll cut for it — then tell you how to cook it. Ring it through on (02) 4948 4542 and we'll have it wrapped and waiting.
Sizzles at cost
Sausages at cost for local clubs, P&Cs and fundraisers — Warners Bay, Speers Point, Eleebana, Valentine. A week's notice and we'll sort the rolls too.
Open seven days from 8 in the morning — before work, after the lake walk, or on the way home when dinner is still a mystery.
